Moonstone Dust

Think all whites are the same? Think again! Moonstone Dust is a gorgeous bright white dip powder with green shimmer. Moonstone Dust is the base color to Glassed Over and Heart Of Glass (which means if you have or are thinking of getting any of the colors mentioned above, Moonstone Dust is the perfect match!) The green shimmer gives just the slightest tint to the white, but only in certain lighting.
